At Frequency, we want to support our customers to capitalise on new retail opportunities. So we’re giving customers the opportunity to trade-in old or slow-moving cases in exchange for credit towards brand new cases.
It’s simple. Send in old case stock, for any brand as long as the product and packaging is in good condition and we’ll exchange them for credit towards brand new cases. The old stock can be cases purchased from anywhere, it doesn’t have to have been bought from us. Whatever branded cases you have, we can take them off your hands in exchange for credit towards brand new, selected cases from Case-Mate, Ballistic, Black Rock, Griffin and Mozo*

Not a Frequency customer? That’s not a problem, we’ll give you credit towards new stock no matter what brand your returned items are or where you bought them.

Offer starts from the 1st December 2016 and all stock must be returned by 28th February 2017 to be eligible for credit.
Customers can send in any case from any brand and for any device, but all stock must be returned in good condition and in packaging.
There is no MOQ on the stock returned.
Final credit amount will only be confirmed upon receipt of stock, allow up to 7 working days for this.
Customers must inform their Account Manager of what is being returned prior to sending back any stock.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their returns to the Frequency Warehouse. Frequency will not cover this.
Customers can only use credit towards selected cases/screen protectors on the Trade-In list provided by their Account Manager, brands include Case-Mate, Ballistic, Black Rock, Griffin and Mozo. Subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Credit cannot be exchanged or used against any other products.
Frequency reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer without notice.
