Recruitment Methods

Our recruitment activity varies according to the role and the skills or competencies we are looking for. When we identify the need to recruit a new colleague, we build a role-specific recruitment plan which takes into account the skills/experience/competencies required, urgency, market conditions, recruitment budget etc. Our recruitment plan may include using job boards and/or agencies but often we will do everything ourselves. A typical candidate experience will usually look like something on the right.

If we do work with recruitment partners, we like to work quickly, and we are committed to giving prompt feedback after each stage.
