Returns & Warranty

To return an item, please complete our Returns Form (see adjacent).
We have both English and Deutsch versions available.

Returns & Faulty Products:

Faulty products will be exchanged or repaired* where applicable, or if a replacement is not available, a credit will be issued.

Unless specified in the terms and conditions of your contract or agreed with your Account Manager, only items with a manufacturing fault are accepted for return.

Once your claim has been authorised please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. If the product arrives damaged as a result of poor packaging, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items unless otherwise agreed with your Account Manager. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend a carrier where proof of delivery can be obtained, as Frequency will not be held responsible for items undelivered/lost or damaged in transit.

*Repairs to electrical and electronic goods may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
