Product Return Policy
Please contact your account manager or complete the form here within 30 days of receiving the goods to request a return. Returns are subject to approval, and prior authorisation from Frequency Telecom is required. Not all items are eligible for return.
Important Note: Damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier and your account manager (+44 (0) 208 397 2222) within 48 hours of receipt. No goods may be returned without our written authorisation in advance.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
